LAFAYETTE, LA. – POPALOCK.com is the newest brainchild of a 15-year old company that started by simply unlocking car doors.  But the two-man operation has evolved into the largest national chain of locksmiths, technologically-advanced site security providers, the leading roadside assistance specialist, and the first free nationwide community service program that rescues children locked in cars.

“POPALOCK.com is a collaborative effort between our nationwide franchises and SystemForward America, the corporate franchisor,” said Director of Marketing Scott Clause.  “Launching the site was a multi-phased project, starting with getting the parties on the same page and then finding a web-site architect with the capability to focus the needs of our customers in addition to our own unique needs.

“Simplicity out of complexity” was the goal of webmaster Longevity Design, said president Scott Long.  “Definitely a ‘long’ process,” he says with a grin at the double meaning.  “But worth all the work because Pop-A-Lock is a national brand name and crown jewel for Longevity Design.  Pop-A-Lock is the largest locksmith in the country.  It was a challenge of producing one site – that in reality – is hundreds of sites.”

CEO Don Marks says the information superhighway is critical for accessing Pop-A-Lock and that the site is definitely a reflection of the company’s core values.  It is another step forward for the organization’s unique sustainable advantages, and highlights Pop-A-Locks efforts to raise the standards in the Locksmith industry.
