Pop-A-Lock® Customer Feedback

People contact Pop-A-Lock® for a number of reasons.  The customer might have a home or office to re-key.  Sometimes, customers need new master keys or higher security locks installed. These services are often pre-planned and scheduled at a convenient time for the customer.  However, what sets Pop-A-Lock® apart from many other traditional service companies is the fact that we are a true mobile emergency service company.

Whether it’s a lock-out, jump start, fuel or a flat tire, a Pop-A-Lock® technician can respond to an emergency call very quickly.

Oftentimes, customers are so appreciative of quick service they find it necessary to write thank-you letters or even blogs on the internet.  Here is just a sampling of some of the recent comments:

“The misadventure part of the evening, however, occurred after dinner. We were walking out to the car, full of endless breadsticks and good will toward our fellow man, and Sam got a hold of the car keys... At some point between Husband unlocking the car and putting Sam in the car seat, Sam pushed the lock button on the key clicker. Neither of his parents noticed. So Husband tossed the keys in the front seat, closed Sam's door, then tried to open the driver's side door...and couldn't. Sam was in the car. So were the keys. But we weren't.…While Husband contemplated breaking the passenger side window to get him out, I suggested that we call Pop-A-Lock…and they had Papa Lock himself at our car in the Olive Garden parking lot in twelve minutes. Granted, they were the longest twelve minutes of my LIFE, but Sam was removed from his car seat in short order, and I am forever indebted to Pap-A-Lock. And here's a bit of good-to-know: if your baby locks himself in the car, Pop-A-Lock doesn't charge you for coming to unlock the car. Isn't that just a really nice thing to do? Pap-A-Lock was really kind, too. Very nice. Didn't treat us like we were complete idiots at all. I was convinced they would deem me an unfit mother and take Sam away from me right then and there, but he told me that people do this kind of thing all the time, and not to worry about it. Huh. Sam was pretty furious about the whole debacle…he was really tired of being in the car by himself. He started screaming and crying and generally breaking my heart. It was the worst feeling in the world, to be able to see him and hear him but not be able to pick him up or comfort him. Horrible. So after we calmed him down, we went right to the store and bought him a toy. We felt REALLY bad about it...even though it was Sam's fault. Little punk.”

“I Locked my 2-year-old triplets in car. A friend told me to call Pop-A-Lock®. Dispatcher stayed on phone and explained process – she was so sweet and efficient. Carey came and saved the day in under 3 minutes. No one made fun of me or pointed out that locking them in the car is not the best idea in the book.  They were very understanding and reassuring.”

"…So, I walk out of Marshall's to find the flat tire you see below. I am definitely not one of those girls who is going to whip out the jack and start changing a tire, so I call…our insurance company who calls Pop-A-Lock. Well, I have to tell you, I am seriously impressed. Chris from Pop-A-Lock was not only at my car within 10 minutes, but he was truly the cutest thing you ever did see! He had the spare tire installed in 10 more minutes and I was on my way.”

“I want to let you know how very grateful I am to your company and Mr. Bob. Williams…I was in Chauvin, LA working with Presbyterian Disaster Assistance helping to rebuild homes in the area when inadvertently the rental vehicle I was driving was locked with the keys inside.  During the call (to Pop-A-Lock®), I was asked what make and model the car was, and I said, ‘hang on, I’ll have to go look, as it is a rental because we are in the area helping with the rebuilding.’  When your driver showed up, very quickly I must say, he unlocked the car and said there would be no charge.  I almost cried…Especially in this time of economic struggle, you have shared freely what you have been given above and beyond expectation…”

Comments: “We locked our eight month old daughter in the car as we were trying to get to a parade last night. We called pop a lock and the driver made his way through Mardi Gras traffic to meet us in less than 20 minutes, I believe his name was Sean. Thank you for providing excellent service at no cost.”
